Returns Policy

If you wish to apply for a return on product purchased from Elements Hardware, please contact a member of our Customer Service team. If you are unsure as to whether we will accept the claim due to it being out of the ordinary, please feel free to call 03 928 5098 between the hours of 8am - 5pm Monday – Friday. Otherwise please email us stating your claim. Please provide purchase order numbers. A Customer Service team member will be in touch as soon as possible.


Elements Hardware will not accept the return on items for the following reasons: (a) the items or items being returned are damaged by customer; (b) the item or items being returned are in un-saleable condition; (c) the customer attempted to fit the item but was wrong size; (d) if none of the above, acceptance is at the assessor’s discretion.





All orders placed on the B2B website under $100.00 exc GST will have a frieght charge of $10.00, orders over $100.00 exc GST are fright free. Only orders with approved account holders will be approved. Elements Hardware guarantees same day dispatch on orders placed before 2.30pm. All orders are shipped via Post Haste, Track and Trace codes can be provided to the client if they so wish. Elements Hardware does not ship internationally unless agreed on beforehand.


Missing or stolen goods is the liability of the courier company, place claims with the company your order was shipped on. Elements Hardware does not accept liability or responsibility for items lost in transit, although cases are extremely rare. We can provide verified order and tracking information on missing or stolen shipments at the client’s request.
